We are happy to offer comprehensive cottage care and maintenance services. From opening and getting the water on in the Spring, to closing and draining in the Fall, and everything in between, our experienced staff can take care of the work, so you can enjoy the cottage.

Opening & closing

From opening the cottage and getting the water running, to setting up patio furniture, and putting out docks, we can take care of as much (or as little) as you prefer. When you’re done for the season, relax knowing that the place is in good hands. We close up, drain plumbing, put away water toys, deck furniture, and secure the shutters.

yard work

Summer holidays are always too short. The last thing you want to do is spend them trimming weeds, cutting grass, and clearing brush. Whether it is cleaning rain gutters raking leaves, or staining the shed, let our crew take care of the dirty work, so you can relax and enjoy!

repairs & renovations

With our experienced and insured crew, adding a new deck, roof, addition or outbuilding is no sweat. Plumbing and electrical repairs are done by licensed staff, and we take care of the project, start to finish.
